Asking the support team for help is easy. Always check the Functionality of the APP section before asking a question about the functionality.
1) Click the menu option
2) Click Contact Us
3) Enter the description
You can click the microphone option at the bottom and dictate the issue into the app. This will save you time typing.
4) You can also attach a screenshot by clicking the icon at the bottom left hand side of the support screen.
5) Once complete click SEND at the top right to create a support ticket. You will be emailed a copy of your request.
The support team will respond within 72 hours.
